Dr. Nadia Mawji, ND aims to deliver a research-informed approach in naturopathic care. The recommendations that she makes is based on current research and information that she continues to study and acquire through continuing education. Naturopathic medicine involves addressing the person as a whole (the 5th principle of naturopathic medicine). Understanding risk factors - personal, family, environmental & hereditary - may help facilitate informed decision-making about health and wellbeing. These factors vary from person to person. What to expect

Initial consultation
A thorough review of your health history. Time permitting, a physical exam, discussion of private testing/assessment options and the initiation of naturopathic recommendations may be discussed as well.

Discussion of your individualized naturopathic recommendations based on the review of assessments including pertinent physical exam, lab work, imaging reports and any other test results.
