Gluten-Free PASTA Recipe:2 ways

This stir-fried dish can be made with 2 ways...easy meal prep that won't be boring. Batch cooking is helpful to ensure meals are ready to go on the busiest of days.
Add avocado oil and water in a wok to stir-fry the following:
- carrots
- green beans (cut in half)
- lean chicken breast (5)
I added some lemon, salt and pepper in the wok as well with some cayenne pepper flakes. You can essentially add any spices and change it up as well each time.
Separate the chicken & vegetables into 2 batches:
1st batch: Add the Stir-Fry Mixture to cooked Brown Rice pasta

Flavoured with the following:
- turmeric
- whole cumin
- whole mustardseed
- salt/pepper to taste
- extra cayenne pepper flakes
2nd batch: Add the Stir-Fry Mixture to cooked Red Lentil pasta

Flavoured with the following:
- garlic
- onion
- oregano
- salt/pepper to taste
